Our breakfast menu features our renowned brunch with selections of fresh house-smoked salmon and sausages, bread, house-made fig jam, and a variety of egg-based dishes

Our lunch and dinner menu features a traditional barbecue from house-smoked pulled pork, hickory smoked brisket, baby back ribs, farm to fork sausages, pit meat, house-smoked tofu and a variety of salads with choice of Lefse, naan or bun. We can cater to your home, office / workplace events.

We have a unique mix of east and west with two chefs from Carrol Iowa and Mexico to customize your menu - Traditional American, Pacific or Indian cuisine
