What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love new customers. They keep me fresh and on my toes! I recommend coming on for a consultation so we can get aquatinted and I can see your hair and know what I'll be working with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended Empire Beauty School 2013/14 and graduated with 98% attendance and 98%grades. I also try to go to as many hair shows and events as I can.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

All my pricing are listed on my online website and are subject to change.

How did you get started in this business?

I've always been around the industry. My mom has been a hairstylist for 31 years and I was always in the shop with her as a model or clean up girl. I tried other career paths but nothing was fulfilling enough, so one day I just decided to take the leap and do it!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked on all hair textures and ethnicities.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The Twin Cities Natural Hair and Beauty Expo in Northeast Minneapolis and I was so inspired by it, it was truly amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they care about the integrity of your hair. Yes we are in the business of making money but, if you have no hair to bring, we make no money! (Lol)

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Are they going to really take care of my hair? Do they know what they're talking about? Are they affordable? Am I safe while I'm in their place of business?
