Enthusiasm, drive, eye for detail. Three things that make me love my job! Photography can be a lot of pressure and a lot of work but it is such an honor to be a part of peoples’ journeys.
I started doing weddings in 2011 and just recently photographed my 170th wedding day! I do destination, and am based in Minnesota. I’m available to travel and love it!
My photographic style: I love to capture the real emotion of the day. Candids always end up being my favorite but for weddings - where the day flies by, a balanced schedule that also focuses on efficiency is also so important!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inquire to see if I am open for your wedding day (or if I have spots open for the type of session you are interested in)

Meet in person if possible, talk about your wedding day and what’s most important to you and also go over how I function!
Book by paying deposit and signing the contract. Then discuss engagement photos!
1-4 months before the wedding another in person meeting to go over timeline and details!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arts management degree. 177 weddings photographed as solo or lead shooter. 8 years in the wedding industry.

Packages start $2700 however, custom packages are available and I have a current deal for 20% off 2020 weddings and a bonus discount one boudoir sessions or albums.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Photos are part of your wedding day that lasts forever. It’s the part that you can look back on 50 years later! Also. Make sure you really do like your photographer! We are around you all day such an important day of your life.
