What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a detailed inquiry is sent, we send the new client an invoice, contract and rental agreement. Once the customer reviews the documents, they will then send necessary information required to move forward. When all required documents and payments are sent, the party planning begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of experience in event planning and party decor. One of our staff members has been a seasoned vet in the wedding and event planning industry for over 30 years! Kidds & Karacters is known to be one of the most professional and reliable sources in STL, MO for your party needs, and we plan to keep it that way.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many families, schools, hospitals and non-profit organizations across the Saint Louis area!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always have a budget in mind! Get with someone who can not only bring your ideas to life but also make them even better. There is nothing more comforting than having a professional who can relate with you on a personal and business level.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Can I afford these services? Do I have the adequate amount of space? Will I need a permit to operate? How many guests will attend? How much time will I have for set up and clean up?
