I have established a company where we can create, produce, and execute any project of any size for my clients. It is a conciege catering service that provides beyond chef services. We provide event planning, production, decor, florals, audio visual, transportation, live entertainment, and DJ's.
Simply letting my clients enjoy the event and be hosts. Providing premier customer service throughout my staff allows attention to detail with being on the offensive instead of the defense.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the client, we will either have the client fill out an intake for or have a zoom meeting to go over the needs of the client. We pride ourselves in creating a unique perspective by completely customizing the event for the client. We believe in curating an experience that allows the client to get exactly what they want. We will create menus around the likes, dislikes, and allergies of the client, guest of honor, and/or the guests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Serve Safe certifications, appenticeships with award winning and world renowned chefs. Mentoring by the most artistic and recognized event planners.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in this business over two decades ago. We have worked with several well known brands which progressed into establishing a brand and name for ourselves.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients vary widely. They include future first time moms, teachers, multiple Grammy award winning artists, Super Bowl winners, CEO and the Fortune 500 companies they service, police departments, Not for profit companies, and funeral homes. All my clients have several thing in common. They all want the the best products and flavor with food and drink. They want effective communication.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Having clients that you grow with both in the professional and personal lives is one of the most impactful moments for me. I currently have a client that we have catered her wedding, baby shower, and anniversaries. We have catered her companies various events. We now are planning her mother's wedding shower and wedding. Her mother is an event planner herself. To have someone in the industry trust us in every stage of life is the ultimate complement.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Finding a company that listens to you and your needs is critical. A large portion of events is communication. Everyone is different with what they need. Find someone that works with you for the success of the event, and not just the events financials.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is your most important priority? Do you have any allergies or religious requirements that need to be known? What do you want the event to look like?
