    Frequently asked questions

The process that I go through when working with new customers is, I leave an initial message for them to contact me. They call me and we chat for a little just to get to know each other better then we discuss their event. I come up with a few different menus based upon their suggestions. I give the a day or so to pick and choose a menu. They call me back with their decision, then we discuss costs. I work with every budget. We seal the deal and I present a wonderful experience to them.

I have an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from St.Louis Community College at Forest Park. The best 2 1/2 years of my life. If I could do it all over again I would.

I have provided food for couples of 2 for intimate date nights and up to 200 people for the grand opening of businesses.
