Food Raconteur - It’s not about food, it’s not about a menu, it’s not about catering, it’s about the experience. It’s about everything around that which makes the experience linger in your mind/soul for ages. It’s what we crave for. People ask us to email/send the menu and we refuse with all humility. We are not selling food, there’s a relationship that s happening. This is about the relationship that happens during this experience. This is not about a set menu we offer to clients be it a couple or be it a large group. We talk about food, they talk about food, we exchange information about ingredients, the expected outcome, and what s expected out of this outcome. It can be a wonderful exchange of information resulting in a memorable dining experience. It’s about flavors , flavors makes life exciting and sharing makes life exceptional. We go across the globe to for interactions with different chefs or locales in different regions to know more about ingredients or the stories behind the food and create unique menu for each experience. We have workshops and have fun narrating the food stories to the audience.To maintain the freshness, we consciously choose limited clients so as to provide a unique experience every single time. In this age of both intense interest in cooking and hurried in overtly busy lives, we believe the need is to move slowly and deliberately to fully engage ourselves in cooking to regain the connection that we have lost over the years in our craving for short cuts, quick fixes and processed ingredients. To respect the food we believe we have to take more time and greater care in cooking. The way to keep the experience memorable and fresh is not merely by adding flavors but by focusing more on specific flavors making them intense and craved. Only then the final product or experience can be as delicious as the soul can consume. We enjoy every discussion about food and excited every single time about creating a new menu, learning a new skill, learning about a new ingredient and without hesitation we are happy to share with the guests making it a two way process. Its sacred and divine for us, not just a business.

    No Menu and no customer are the same. Each menu is uniquely designed based on the needs of the customer, nature of the event and the guests profile. We enjoy discussing the process with the customer about the event, their favorite cuisine/ food and come out with a menu which is unique every single time. We believe in a wonderful gastronomic experience to the customer. Once the menu is finalized we make a visit to the guests place to do a inspection and then we execute the event. The customer initiates a communication with us informing about the event details. ( Nature of the event, date, no of guests, location, timing, budgets etc). Based on the initiatl interaction we give multiple menu options taking into consideration every single aspect and a unique menu. Upon mutual agreement, we block the date and have an inspection to the site before we accept any orders. Upon agreement, 50% advance fee is paid and changes are accepted up to a week in advance. 50 % of the fee is paid on/before the event. 

    Chef Ashok will delight you and your friends with this custom designed, Modern Fusion Cuisine. Chef Ashok is a certified culinary professional who graduated from the world’s oldest culinary school Le Cordon Bleu with high honors and distinction. He has gained a specialty experience in Spanish cuisine from Spain working with chefs from Michelin starrers in Bilbao and San Sebastian. An experience with Ritz Carlton and its restaurants allowed him to explore new concepts and new style dining. Working with Top French Chefs and with the top Italian restaurants in Australia has taught him the art of perfection and culinary discipline which he practices. Ashok enjoys themed fusion dinners which is a first of its kind in St louis, hosting culinary classes, food tours and has live sessions on many social media platforms and contributes to many culinary magazines. He is also the associate partner for plattershare one of the largest social media platform for home chefs. He also is an auditor for reviewing restaurants and also hosting interview sessions with Top Michelin Chefs.
