We have all the appropriate equipment and experience to get the job done right at an affordable price. Surf & Sirloin has been in business since 1994 in Des Peres Mo. We ae the owners of a fully loaded Southern Pride 1400 xlr smoker/convection oven that can cook up to 1400lbs of meat at once. We call her Ethyl. PS. She loves to smoke Prime Rib!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting a dialouge with a potential customer we likw to get to know their expectations as well as budget. Is price the most important, quality or value? From there we have a true fullservice commercial kitchen with all toys to make any event a sucess when it comes to the food.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to kitchen experience and cooking for groups 10-800 I have 27 years of total experince with 20 of those years in a kitchen and managment. I've been fortunate to work with some incredible chefs in Northern California (Palo Alto) as a short stint with corporate catering here in St. Louis.
