What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A text message consultation(before the appointment), including photo of current hair color/style and a photo of desired hair color/style
2. Consultation in person day of appointment before getting started
3. Begin scheduled service(s)
4. Each hair service will include a shampoo/blow dry/style
5. I always suggest pre-booking next appointment before leaving salon
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the cosmetology program at Xenon Int’l Acedmy and have taken many continuing education classes since receiving my Cosmetology license. I have been in the industry for 12 years!
