Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we connect with a new client we like to discover the uniqueness of them and build something that caters to their needs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices vary based on the needs of the client!
How did you get started in this business?
Photography was something I was always intrigued with growing up but never had the resources. Someone close to the family invested in me by gifting my very first camera. It was love at first sight!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our wide range of coverage gives us the advantage. We have worked with children, teens, young adults, and eldering. We have covered experienced models and as well shy beginners. Wedding parties or those who just like to party!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently held a photo booth session in the Fox Theater. The atmosphere was just as magnificent as the theatre's architecture. The people were friendly and we received so many memorable reviews. Our impact was so grand that Fox Theatre added us to their preferred vendors list.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to voice what you want. Not just in price but in the outcome. We are very vocal in the process of shooting to assure that the needs are being met. We know how to adjust accordingly!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Price is a factor but it's not make or break. Knowing the character of the crew that you will be working is everything! Is there a sense of a great team vibe? How well is the communication. If it's flawed within the team, chances are it will be flawed with the client!
