What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to start all projects with a good ol' fashioned phone call. A phone ocnversation opens up the dialogue to start solving the opportunities that lie ahead. This is also where we learn the detyails about the proposed shoot and how we can make the besty of the time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My educacation includes an Associates degree from SIUC. This is accompanied by 19 years in the industry. 3 years working as an assistant for other Commercial Photographers, 11 years working for a Studio and now 5 years in business for myself.
