Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask what they are seeking & answer any questions they have. They fill out an information sheet so I know where to send the results. They then can make any hair or makeup adjustments they want in the adjacent restroom. I then set the lighting to meet their needs & begin shooting. We shoot till we get a shot we both like & continue in that fashion if more images are needed. Payment follows final image selection during the shoot. Images are then processed & retouched. I usually send the results electronically within a day or two including multiple sizes of digital files.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
