I have been an Ordained Minister in the Universal Life Church since 2014. I will perform any ceremony based on Light and Love. I do not have a brick and mortar building. Will be happy to travel within 100 miles of the St. Louis Metro area for the ceremony. Am open to tele-ceremonies and videoceremonies where they are legal.
