My career began in Memphis, Tennessee, where I consistently rose through the ranks, holding positions such as dishwasher, server, busser, food runner, prep cook, and line cook. Currently, I own and operate a private dining and catering business, focusing on providing fresh, healthy meals made with quality ingredients.
