Putting a smile on the customer face makes me happy. Hello, my name is Erno David, I am 28 years old. I was born in Guyana and obtained the passion for cooking at 13 years old. Growing up in a Caribbean household learning to cook was a must. At the age of 21, I decided to share my passion with other. I started cooking for students and staff at Bethune Cookman University Daytona Beach Florida. While attending Bethune Cookman I took classes in hospitality management learning the ends and out of the food industry, which has opened me up to many possibilities.
