How did you get started in this business?
I would cook random things and have my friends come over for tasting. Also I have great friends who gave me the opportunity to provide catering services and gave me a chance to show off my cooking skills.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My first large event was in Macon GA for 175 people Italian theme dinner. It's was in the Historic Macon Transit Terminal. It was breath taking. It was a awesome experience.

In our business you get what you pay for expecting the awesome experience is the ultimate goal.
