We offer sandwiches, platters, tacos, wraps and nachos. Ribs, wings, and unique things. Our BBQ Sundae has been featured on every major television and radio station in or near Charlotte NC. We have been featured on Travel Channel, Food Network and Carolina Traveler. From NASCAR, to PGA to KCBS BBQ competitions, we've been there, done that.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I cater the Independence Funds annual BBQ which serves 600-700 people. I am a veteran so this is a wonderful event for me that I am honored to be able to serve.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would stick with a restaurant or professional caterer. Check reviews and ratings. Cost isn't the only concern.
