Alicia Davis, hearing impaired. Received her Associates Degrees in Culinary Art, Baking and Pastry December 2022 and May 2023. Currently employed at The Gallery @ The Ballantyne Hotel in Charlotte, NC as a Line Cook. Pursuing a certificate in Hospitality Entrepreneurship. My professional aspirations goal will be my long-time dream of becoming the best expert, Sous Chef. In becoming a Sous, it's great having the knowledge of baking and pastry skills along with culinary arts. Having both degrees under my belt, I can grow in my skills. It is good to be versatile.
