What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A through consultation. So I can make sure I understand my clients needs. I want them to have a realistic time frame for the work needed to get them to their desired hair goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of experience. I've been through extensive training in Charlotte as well as in New York and Maimi. I have Vidal Sassoon Training. I also have experience in color correction. I work with the Wella color line.
