What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For more involved projects like a wedding, I like to meet in person and discuss their desires and expectations. I then like to put together a final proposal. More simple jobs like head shots and protraits, I will discuss over phone, and then make the final arrangements with the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and have taken some classes to improve my skills over the past 10 years.

No, I do not have a standard pricing system. I like to determine the requirements and each job and price the job accordingly.
