What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They will tell me what type of shoot they're are interested in booking me for.
i will usually ask them for more details regarding what they specifically want, where they want it , when they want it, etc.
I will give them the pricing for the photo shoot,
they will pay the "Non-Refundable" deposit to lock in the date and they will pay on the day of at the location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All I know was self-taught/

I got started in this business by just taking it more serious and putting more time into doing what I love
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with alot of clients.
I've done :
Babyshowers, Maternity, Graduation cap, and gowns, Senior Portaits, Prom, Commercial work for business, Birthdays, etc
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent even i am fond of now are Graduations and Senior Photos.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Advice i would give would be. don't pay cheap because then they won't give their 100% effort in the post work
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
i say whatever questions you have on your mind, do not be afraid of asking because any question is a good question and will clear up any later confusion or miss Communication.
