What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet together either by phone, email or in person to discuss the details of what photography services are needed. From there, we can pick services and packages or discuss location needs to fully customize your session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I began photography as a CVS Photolab Attendee back in 1997.  I quickly took over as supervisor and maintained that role for 7 wonderful years.  During that time, passion for not only the customer service aspect of the end result, but skill of photography in general!  Such as camera settings and printing machines, film and paper quality production and control and relationship building with clients as a whole.  Time with individuals who requested sessions is spent in a lighthearted manner to create genuine responses and reactions and provide the best memories to reflect back on over time.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

All pricing plans are available online at www.timestreasuredstudios.com

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers come to me, from realtors to architects and designers in the professional industry.  But also in the personal field, mothers, daughters, grandparents, fathers, sons and just the normal everyday person looking for images of someone, something or some place.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What are you looking for in a session?

What kind of end result do you want back, images and prints, a disc, just the files?

Who or what are you wanting to have captured?  Where or who is the intended audience and platform for viewing?

Comfort levels are also something to condiser!  Do you need someone to come to you or are you willing to travel for your services?
