What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would talk with the client giving value and to hear it what is being said. I will prep her the day before if any chemicals need to done. Go over what the needs are and share my results.

I have been an educator for 20 years and still continue to strive for excellence.

How did you get started in this business?
I've always love doing hair when l was 16 years old and as l continue my education in high school, l knew I didn't want to go to traditional college. I decided to do what l love and to get paid for doing hair.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All Nationalities, l dont discriminate.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We would team up with Distributors that service us products and would volunteer to do free hair for kids going back to school. Love to see their faces.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say don't be so eager to get a stylist because of a cheaper price, but base it on quality,not quantity. Look at their core values. That will tell you alot.
