How did you get started in this business?
My passion for photography began with the encouragement from my father who grew up with a dark room in his home. In high school I used my science credits to immerse myself in our school dark room, slowly learning the fundamentals of photography. I then went on to college to earn a degree in Visual Communication and subsequently honed my skills capturing the world around me in the tough industry of journalism.

I typically work with business owners wishing to enhance their brand in various forms.
I do capture people in their natural environment as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for work history and do your research. Everyone is a photographer these days so look for quality of product and client reviews.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Try to be as clear with your vision as possible. Search through images online to get a feel for what you like then find a photographer that shares that same vision.
