Creative Elegance & Designs Event Planning was a vision that was developed by Tojuanna Shippy in year 2012. Tojuanna developed this vision because she has a passion for making a difference in other lives, by making their dreams come true through planning events, weddings, to décor designs, in creating candy buffets for parties & events. After evaluating the market area, one of her goals was to become a small business owner, to give clients exceptional experience in delivering high quality products & services.
