What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way I treat all customers/clients is communication and having a meeting/discussion so we can go over exactly what their needs are. Everyone has a different personality and it's very important to communicate with each person, so they are comfortable. Once you have developed a rapport it cerates a relaxation for an incredible experience with the photography session.
My personality is very open, or you won't be able to connect with the customer/client. I listen to each person very carefully and pay attention to detail, at that point I will ask questions or make suggestions and discuss it until you are completely satisfied. Now we are ready to create incredible images. This will be a great experience for you and all involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When you have done photography for as many years as I have it just comes naturally. Many photography seminars and an understudy with the great Dean Collins at that time he was the best of the best. Unfortunately, he had pass away a huge loss to the Professional Photography World.

My photography rates are customized as each Photography job/session is different. Every situation is quoted as needed and discussed with the customer/clients. I have the experience with the photography services and typical rates and or packages that will fit your needs.

A very long story, but I've mentioned before I've been in the Professional Photography industry/business for forty years. It's something I can discuss with anyone that would be interested in learning more about how I accomplished what I did.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Again, there are so many that I have enjoyed it's impossible to pick just one. But if I was to pick one or a couple, Larry Birds retirement night as his Photographer and the Patriots Super Bowls.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Keywords! A Pro! See how much experience they have and how long they have been a Professional Photographer. Also look at the diversity in all aspects of the Professionals extensive background. Meaning understanding every aspect of natural light and studio lighting. Remember, anyone can take a photo, but don't understand what's the difference between Professional Photography and picture taking
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Every question is important no matter what the question is, if you would like to ask it’s most important. Never feel that your question is silly, it's very important to communicate thoroughly.
