We have the designation of "Best of the Knot" for weddings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Emails are best but we certainly take phone calls.
We will likely need to reach out to you to ask some questions like:
The date, time, location and type of the event.
The number of guests and type of food you are looking for; ie appetizers, main meal, dessert or breakfast/brunch or luncheon ideas. Plated, buffet or stations?
Allergies/food restrictions.
Service needs.
