We focus on serving high quality food along with superior customer service. With a large degree of expertise and a professional staff, we have catered events from 20 to 500 guests. We have provided catering services for hundreds upon hundreds of of events for 20 years from small, informal BBQs to large formal weddings and everything in between.

I have been at The Red Blazer for 17 years, it is like my family. I know our product well and our quality is like no other. I enjoy being a part of putting things together for a great event.
