Ashley Welden is a licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor. She is a certified esthetician and medical aesthetician. Ashley has been working as a freelance makeup artist for over 14 years. She has done makeup for special events, weddings, tutorials, photo shoots and fashion shows. In 2018 she was the lead makeup artist for a fashion week showcase for New York Fashion Week. In 2019 she did makeup for the Miss NJ Pageant. Ashley works as an instructor for the esthetic program at Rizzieri School in New Jersey, where she educates for the 600 hour skin care licensing program, training students in skin, hair removal, and makeup. Ashley recently became a certified educator for the Make-Up Designory.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with my clients about what they want, check to make sure the date is available, and then get them booked as soon as possible so they can relax knowing glam is taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Cosmetology Instructor and Medical Aesthetitican. I am a certified Makeup Instructor. I took a makeup program with Janelle Geason, the Global Artist Director for Aveda.
