What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat new customers and our existing customers exactly the same way. They are greeted when they walk in the door they have a consultation, then you perform the service. Consultations are a must every single time they come to the salon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Kevin Murphy salon so we do in salon classes as well as each individual stylist has a specialty that we seem to focus on and any education that is done outside the salon you bring it back in and we coordinate a time that we can all meet and go over what you’ve learned.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are of an upscale salon located in downtown Bernardsville New Jersey. Our clients are looking for a professional atmosphere and we only use top quality products and equipment
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Education is a must. Clients always need to ask how the stylus stay on top of the trans. Things change so fast in this industry that you have to do ongoing education to be on the top of this industry.
