What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will contact us, letting us know the project in mind and we will have a brief conversation over the phone to get formalized and then set up a presentaion either at our studio or their location. From that point we will discuss the full project and what they are interested in and expect from us, we will execute their project with 100% satisfaction with what we discussed and agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College Degree in Photography Science/ Art Photography. and several courses of photography/commercial/artistic/industrial/ real estate/ landscape/weddings and special events/fashion ect.

Once we speak to the customer and see what project they have we will explain our quality, quantity and pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
All my life I always loved Photography. Before opening my company 7M Photograpy, i worked for various companys where i was the head photographer and manager, then i decided to open 7M Photogrphy on my own to keep the prestige and art of portrait photography.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Designers, School portrait, Weddings, Sporting events, Personal portrait, Architecture, Landscape, Maternity, Real estate etc

School Portraits, photographing the children in school with their beautiful smile and outfits they bring to the portraits
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the photographer 1. has a good reputation, 2. refrences, 3. understanding of the customer project and the the photographer answers the questions well. 4. sample of his work. 5. good pricing and satisfaction guarenteed or their money back
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The day of availability, expeirence, if the photographer is insured and pricing.
