What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As the customer enters the salon, you are greeted with a smile and basic information to confirm your service needs. We also require sanitization protocol as you enter the salon such as hand sanitizing, temperature check and signing in. Employees are required to sanitize before and after each client! Crowned aims to make sure you leave the salon confident and crowned!
