Makeup has always been my passion. I love how it enhances the beauty that already exists. And being able to make someone feel beautiful and amazing on their special day is something that i find so much joy in. So that’s why last year I decided to get certified as a makeup artist. I attended the makeup program at Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School and got my certification. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has decided to give me the privilege of being their makeup artist for their special day I send them over a contract to ensure that that day i am available for them. After that I really like talking to my clients to get to know them and understand what they envision for their special day. It's important for me to learn what they like and don't like, if they have something specific they'd like i ask for pictures of a similar look they see themselves in. And if they don't really know i like to suggest ideas that really complement their eye and face shapes. I also like to know what their skin type is to be sure i use products that will make the makeup last all day for their event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Makeup Artist. I attended the makeup program at Parisian Beauty Academy.
