Hello, I'm Malachi Shabazz. I'm pursuing an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University , graduating this April. During the past year, I've worked at the Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains, NJ, this summer gaining experience in food, menu planning, and catering. I also currently work with Best Impressions Catering in Charlotte, NC. Through my studies and work, I've grown as a culinary professional, passionate about creating delicious, visually stunning dishes. My goal is to one day open my own catering business and work as a private chef, sharing my love of food and hospitality.
