What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients contact us on the phone or email us, and we follow up to chat with them. We invite them to visit either our NYC or NJ studio so we can get to know them and see our work. Oftentimes clients reserve our services based on viewing our website and chatting with us on the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We simply love what we do! Through the years we have provided photography, video, drone, and photo booth services for hundreds of clients. It is always exciting for us to turn the camera around and show our clients their images just as we tzke them! The smiles are priceless! We like to have fun with our easy, relaxed approach.

How did you get started in this business?
We've always loved photography and video even as kids. To do what you love and make a living at the same time is the icing on the cake!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A wedding we provided photography, video, and drone services. The Bride was thrilled that we brought the drone, and the Groom was crying reading the note from his Bride to be at his home. The ceremony was simpky beautiful, and the reception just rocked! They were such a fun couple and everyone danced the night away. It was amazing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure they have a nice personality and lots of examples of great work. After all they will be with you for the entire event so no big egos allowed!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about experience, package flexibility, and references.
