We are a full service caterer that offers a customized menu for each client's event. We have experience with weddings and large corporate events and have a flair for creating exciting menus around each client's needs.

I enjoy working with clients and meeting each of their needs. The party is about them so the menu and service we provide should reflect that. It is so rewarding to see a client regardless of what type of event be smiling at the end if their event and so happy that it all came together seemlessly.

Everything that Tapas on York did was excellent. From the minute I met with Tina I was impressed. They were nice, friendly & professional. They worked with me to develop a nice menu. They were very flexible (as we had an unforeseen change in date). And they just made my life & the party easier so I could relax. Everything was presented beautifully & & the work station area was very clean & neat. The quality of the food was excellent & everyone at the party raves about it. Everything was delicious. I would highly recommend them for Any catering Needs & will definitely use them again. I will also definitely be going to the restaurant to eat.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to speak with them and get to know them. For every event that we cater, we create a custom menu around each client's likes and try to stay within their budget. We are not your typical caterer that gives you the same boring menu. We like to make the party all about you and it comes through with the attention to detail and a delicious ecleptic menu that will please you and all of your guest.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 30 years of experience in the catering and restaurant business. Ernie has formal training from the Culinary Institute of America and Tina is self trained chef and catering manager. Together they offer an experience like no other.

How did you get started in this business?
