For almost a decade, I have been delighting clients my unique combination of health supportive cooking and the most coveted Michelin training. After receiving my holistic health coaching and culinary management diplomas, I attended The Natural Gourmet Institute to solidify my knowledge of cooking with optimal nutrition in mindp as I believe, special occasion or not, this is how we should be eating daily. In order to be as well-rounded of a chef as possible and understanding that few other health supportive or vegan chefs are Michelin trained, I chose to complete my culinary internship at Restaurant Daniel. Upon completing the three month internship, the executive chef offered me a full time position. The challenge and also opportunity of a lifetime, I accepted and worked full time for a year at Restaurant Daniel.

After leaving Daniel with a newfound love of technique and a Michelin training that gave me the discipline of the most seasoned chefs in the city, I started my own meal delivery service. I deliver custom tailored meals based on clients’ individual preferences and health and wellness goals. I work with everyone from busy high net worth clients who want energy promoting meals daily to cancer patients and weight loss clients. My extensive background in nutrition and holistic health pair uniquely with the rigorous French training I received, leaving clients with a healthy meal that tastes nothing short of indulgent. Piggy backing off my time spent working with Daniel’s catering company, I have assembled a team of former Michelin restaurant cooks and staff over the years providing the best highest caliber of service for all catering needs. Other individual services such as in home cooking, meal gifts, travel meals, the opportunities are endless.
