What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know a clients lifestyle before creating a hairstyle. Career, styling prowess, personality, and time can all factor into what someone can or will do with their hair. Ultimately hair texture and face shape are determining factors in hairstyle,
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at Vidal Sassoon Academy London and Ive been a hair color educator for Matrix. 28 years of experience.

I have a base price for everything and a price for add ons that I always make clear before proceeding.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a diverse clientele. I have clients who get blow outs every week, color every two to eight weeks, clients who save up for a special cut every few months. I have celbrity clients, Im proud to say Ive worked with Kathy Ireland for many years as her Las Vegas stylist. I am open to all and all types of hair.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you have an idea of what you want, then feel free to bring pictures. Pictures are great tools, but be aware that not all styles work with all hair textures.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always make sure youre both on the same page about price and timeline. Know that not all big changes can happen in one appointment. Sometimes you have to strip color, and sometimes you have to take three appointments to get the big change you really want without damaging the hair.
