What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consult. I generally like to discuss what the clients hair has been through in the past. Feedback from the customer about their wants and needs. Most importantly I want to take care of the hairs condition first and for most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years as a stylist. I also specialize in hair and makeup for weddings and other events. I keep up on the trends by attending educational classes throughout the year.

Pricing depends on time needed for service. As well as quantity of hair and products needed.
