What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to move forward on a project is to talk on the phone and/or skype so that I can get a good handle on what the customer is looking for when it comes to photography.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Fine Arts and studied Photography and Video. I have been working as a Photographer and Videographer for 25 years and have amassed a great deal of experience. I constantly train myself on the latest technology by going to workshops and watching tutorials online. I teach Video and Photography in classes at the college level.

It depends on the job, but $225/hr would be a ballpark starting point for most jobs.
