What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I politely prompt all new prospective customers the option to set up an initial meeting over phone or through zoom. Following an initial meeting I will send a work proposal/estimate by email breaking down details, costs, and deliverables of the job. Once deposit is received, I organize all other details necessary in making sure a customers wedding or event package goes as planned.
