What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Service of being self-taught is how we grew, plus without the training from BRIC to train us to film television programs and learn the basics of video production; We would not have gone further without help.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have a 9am to 5pm quote system for new customers. Normally, we will be accepting requests between our time schedule so we can make arrangements.
When we would ask questions about the event or project so we can get a understanding how we can accommodate. Like for example, we have a schedule to base on availability, so we would ask questions 24-48 hours before we do any project.
But if any customer do not reply before 5pm the day before the event with basic details, we will have to cancel the service request.
Deposits will be forfeited if any were made.
