What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Well it something i do with all my clients new and old is to have a consulation with them and see what issues they may be experience with their hair and what they are expecting.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Educator for Patric Bradley Pelement Products but I also take 3 hands on classes a year and go to at least 3 hair show a year to stay on top of new products and trends.  I also study at home every morning before coming into work by watching dvds.

I always loved doing  hair as a kid and decided why not do what am passionate about.

I was asked to come showcase my work a Raw Artist in Brooklyn New York. they found me from instagram and asked me to come and be part of there show. I've been published in Sophisticated hair Magazine

If you know what you are looking for to ask all the question you may have. Nothing is a dumb question


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

When looking at photos for a new style just keep an mind your texture and length
