What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Start with a phone conversation... email is no way to find out details or get a feel for client needs... is also important for a client to get a feel for the photographer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 20 years experience working with book publishers, publications, advertising, designers and architects.

Whole Foods and Forbes are both clients.

No... I always custom quote for projects.. which can save money for a client.

How did you get started in this business?

I started assisting photographers in fashion, architecture, and editorial magazine work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Forbes, Financial Times of London, Whole Foods, American Airlines, Manhattan Building Company, US National Guard, law firms, and private clients.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Help organized an event for the NY Chapter of ASMP, which I am I Board Member...   we educate content providers the business skills they need to create a successful career in photography and video.

What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?

ALWAYS talk with the vendor... and always get it in writing... saves a lot of trouble for everyone and makes everything very clear.

What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?

Does the vendor have the skills and experience to make sure the project goes smoothly saving time and expense.
