I am a Professional Chef with more than 10 years experience in fine dining. Through menu design and event planning, I create unique experiences that allow you to be a great host. The goal is for you and your guests to relax and enjoy each other! When I am not in my Bakeshop, SUGAMAMA , located in Clifton, NJ, I am out catering all around the east coast!

Servers are at events to cater to the needs of the guests. They may handle various tasks throughout an event such as event set-up, passing drinks to guests upon arrival, passing hors d'oeuvres, taking dinner orders and then serving dinner and so on.
