Stop Motion Sports Photography

I have been taking sports pictures for 10 plus years. I started taking pictures of my son at his soccer games. This expanded to taking pictures of all the players on his team(s). I started to get requests to photograph my friends' athletes and then their friends and so on. I find that most parents wish to enjoy the games and take “mental images” instead of pictures. I also find that most parents/family either use a phone camera and or a point-and-shoot type camera to capture the action. These devices are fine for some shots, but aren't able to capture fast moving action (especially on an overcast day).

I take great pleasure in being a single player's photographer for an event and knowing that my pictures will be an everlasting memory of his or her sporting days. This allows the athlete’s family to sit back, enjoy the event and cheer on their player without having to view the action through a camera lens. I can also photograph an entire team during an event.

I have various pricing options. If I photograph an athlete or team I charge an hourly rate for the photography and editing. I photograph at events without a specific athlete(s) or team(s), still pictures taken at the event can be purchased through Smugmug. Smugmug offers printed and digital downloads, custom prints, phone case and many other options. Videography prices are based on the length of the event and whether or not video editing is requested. I believe that my prices are competitive and that I delivery a high quality product.
