What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with new clients so we can discuss what they are looking to get done and if there are any issues going on with their hair that I should know about. I like to make sure my understanding is correct and once we are both satisfied we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing hair for about 15 years and finally decided to get my cosmetology license.
