Our Savory dish is Barbadian styled CodFish Balls which was recently mentioned in TimeOut Mag with a a mango pineapple dipping sauce with a side of Slap Yo Mama Creamy Crunchy Cole Slaw.
We have worked in the food festivals, night market arenas and have been thrilled to be apart of the Queens Center for Progress yearly event at Terrace on the Park. We will be at the presitge NYC Wne & Food Festival.

I truly enjoy the creative side of baking, being inspired by different favor combinations, working through the details of getting them just right.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out my text/email to set up a time to speak
then have an in depth conversation following a list of questions to ensure we understand their needs and ensure we can meet & work to exceed their expectations. During this call it also gives them the opportunity to learn about who we are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the Mums are self taught and we attend classes and programs to keep up to date on the industry. We are also skilled in organizing and planning. Depending on the event, we have the right Mums for the job
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We view each event as unique! Yes there maybe some overlap in what we provide; however, we choose to view each event as the standard and work with the planner to provide the best service possible
How did you get started in this business?
Watching my Mums preparing meals for her family and the love and attention to details to brought to every meal. Watching her have all four burners on and the oven and everything finishes at the same time and brought to the table hot and ready for consumption!

Our clients have run the gamut from catering office meetings to baby showers to anniversary parties to PoPUP shops to food festivals to night markets to events in Albany for the change makers to NYC Wine Food Festivals to discussions for women on health & wealth to intimate dinners for two

Recently we had the distinct pleasure of planning a baby showers and providing all the decadent treat for the sweet table! We were proud to work with other vendors and provide a wide choice of sweets healthy vegan choices
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First understand what it is you want to accomplish. Understand the basic look & feel of the event you are planning and with the asssitance of the pro you hire build upon that foundation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Understand the basic look and feel you are trying to have for your event; know your budget and understand that the grander the ideas the budget will increase to accomplish and bring forth that which you envision.
