What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an exact idea of my new clients accomplishments for their travel destinations and needs. Wanting to make sure I'm not in it just for the business but to also understand that I'm trying to establish a family foundation and they aren't a customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm 33 years of age now. I got in this business since I was 18 helping my uncle run his limo company that was based out in Hempstead called As limo. I started out by taking the limos and the Rolls Royces for service. I would prep the cars for weddings or airport runs. I was able to be young and understand the value of satisfying but also the importance of time. I was able then to evolve within the transportation field from driving for the United Nations every September with the secret service team from former NASDAQ CEO to pharmaceutical CEO you name it. I even was able to do Uber when they first came out and they were based out in Brooklyn with just 2 guys. I've been in this field for a very long time and I know what the clients love and the privacy they enjoy and the relaxation of the drive and not being spoken to unless they wanting to. Clean car sharp suit driver, gloves, mask, hand sanitizer , and my famous Fiji water that I'm known for. I love what I do for a living. Clients will definitely get that energy from me!
