What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We great them with a friendly voice, introduce ourselves to them, open the door for them, load up there lugage into our vehicle, we let them know the water is for them if they are thirsty, were have power cords out and ready for them to plug their phone to be charged and ask if they would like to stop anywhere before the end of the destination.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Up to 6 miles = $25
6 miles - 50 miles = $2.10 per mile
50 miles - 100 miles = $1.85 per mile
100 miles or more = $1.65 per mile
We offer Take and wait as well, that is the cost of going to the destination plus .75 per minute.
How did you get started in this business?
I fell in love with the business when Steve Qua from Company Car & Limosine service introduce me to chauffeuring. I love being there for the people and helping them out whenever I can. I take a lot of pride serving the public and I have been in business for two years now and still loving it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have many different clients and we are very diversify, we help people who needs to go the doctors and we will wait for them then take them back home, we take people to airports, business meetings, private tours, special events and many more.

As you can see meeting Snoopy was very fun for me and Snoopy was at Cedar Point in Sandusky.
